Developmental Team Reminder: We will be off next Saturday (11/30) for the Thanksgiving Weekend.

The next clinic session(s) will be Saturday 12/7.

Be sure to work on your skills on your own:

• Ball handling
  • Cross Over
  • Inside Out (both hands)
• Form Shooting  (You do not need a hoop to work on your shooting mechanics.  Focus on getting good backwards rotation).
• Footwork
  • Jab and Go
  • Jab, Swoop, Go
  • Pivot, Shot Fake, Shot
  • Up and Under
