2015 SPRING DAILY WORKOUT ROUTINE

Below is a series of 4 drills/exercises to be done every day.  The complete workout (all 4 drills/exercises) will take 15-20 minutes.

1.  Ball Handling Series (5 Mins)

2.  Form Shooting Drill

•    25 shots 1 hand
•    25 shots 2 hands on the ball
•    25 shots after 1 right hand dribble
•    25 shots after 1 left hand dribble

3.  Agility:  Line Hops

•    20 seconds side to side    (10 seconds rest)
•    20 seconds front back  (10 seconds rest)
•    20 seconds up up/back back(10 seconds rest)

4.  Strength & Conditioning:  Pushups

•    2 sets 25 push ups
